The article explores the rhetorical elocution of speeches given by the most famous American business leaders, seen from the point of view of persuasiveness. The aim of the research is to analyse the figurative expression of the speeches in question, to determine and generalise the most common elements of their rhetorical stylistics. Fifty speeches by American business leaders, given on various occasions in the period 1981 to 2020, were chosen and analysed for this article. The research is intended to reveal how various rhetorical figures used by contemporary orators serve as tools for persuasion and emotive argumentation.

The aim of the research is to analyse the dispositional topic of the speeches in question: to determine and generalise the most common elements of rhetorical composition. Fifty speeches by American business leaders, delivered on various occasions in the period 1981 to 2019, have been chosen and analysed in this article. The research is intended to answer the question whether contemporary orators still follow the principles of structural composition proposed by Classical rhetorical theory, and to observe how dispositional topics are changing with regard to orally delivered speeches.

The theoretical analysis has shown that there is a lack of scientific literature and empirical research in the analysis of possibilities of andragogical leadership expression in the educational aspect, therefore the article discusses the problematic question: how does the andragogical leadership in educational activity manifest? The article reveals and appreciates the importance of andragogical leadership in the educational process (qualitative research) and the importance of andragogical leadership in the process (quantitave study). The significance of the researh is revealed in the use of it’s results in order to improve the performance of andragogue leader in the educational process and the expression of the characteristics of the andragogue leader. The article emphasizes that andragogical leadership is an important factor in educational activities, in andragogue has a positive influence on learners with their personal qualities, personal knowledge and competences, and encourages them to act to achieve their goals. The importance and influence of andragogical leadership the learners group is undiniable, evident in constant communication. Learners not only gain more knowledge, but also focus on the community, reducing their social exclusion and promoting cooperation. The research has revealed that there are a number of important types, characteristics and traits of andragogue leaders from the point of view of adult learners and andragogues, which are not sufficient for andragogue leaders. Therefore the article provides recommendations for the development and potential implementation of these andragogical leadership characteristics.

The authors of this article argue that work in the 21st century is more complex instead of being routine. Solution of education management problems in the Baltic Region is greatly affected by system approach ideas that treat actions as a unified system that consists of mutually related elements with constant interaction of internal and external environment factors. The evolving nature of school environment has placed new demands on educational leaders. Where knowledge of school management, finance, legal issue and state mandates was once the primary focus for the preparation of school leaders, education reform has created an urgent need for a strong emphasis on development of instructional leadership skills to promote good teaching and high level learning. Educational leaders must recognize and assume a shared responsibility not only for students’ intellectual and educational development, but also for their personal, social, emotional and physical development. In the article was discovered that school principals need to improve their management competences in personnel management, financial and communication management for successful school leadership.
The subject of this study is leadership styles in educational establishments. Our tasks were as follows: to analyse leadership styles and to carry out an expert study aiming at the evaluation of leadership styles in educational establishments. The methods of investigation consisted in the analysis of scientific literature, systemisation, application of the principles of logical analysis and synthesis, generalisation, induction and deduction.

The paper discusses different styles of leadership of the social work that have been empirically reconstructed and conceptualized. The consequences of such leadership styles for the professional activity of the social workers are analysed not only regarding the clients but also in the context of empowerment of the workers. Considerations are made concerning the influence of social work to the identity and the distribution.

Analysis of the contemporary Lithuanian historiography indicates a lack of research by historians of the socio-economic aspects of Klaipėda’s post-war history. Methods of settling the rural territory of Klaipėda region and the Klaipėda-city are examined. The specifics of involving specialists from various sectors in the reconstruction and the activities of the Soviet Lithuanian leadership are discussed.
