Straipsnyje pateikiamas darnumo principų įgyvendinimo tendencijų nuostatas bei procesus veikiančių institucinių veiksnių sąveikos ir poveikio įmonių ekonominės veiklos kontekstui problematiką atskleidžiantis teorinis tyrimas. Jis grindžiamas nepakankamu darnumo principų taikymo tendencijų procesus veikiančių institucinių veiksnių veiklos suvokimu šalies ekonominės veiklos įmonių valdymo lygmeniu. Atliekant tyrimą siekiama atskleisti darnumo principų plėtros tendencijas formuojančių institucinių veiksnių struktūros sąveikos aspektus. Tyrimo rezultatai atskleidžia, kad instituciniai veiksniai yra svarbi darnios ekonominės veiklos plėtros dalis, nuo jų sąveikos priklauso darnumo principų įgyvendinimo veiksmingumas ekonominės veiklos lygmeniu.

Economic and social indicators need to be given more importance in the management of results-oriented rural social infrastructure (RSI) in order to become an integral measure in the monitoring of country’s development. The research aim – to prepare and test a methodology for the assessment of RSI condition in order to ensure the territorial cohesion. The following objectives have been set out: 1) to summarize theoretical aspects of rural social infrastructure development in the context of social territorial cohesion; 2) to prepare a methodology for the assessment of RSI; 3) to reveal inequalities and critical areas of Lithuanian RSI development. The analysis of Lithuanian RSI data revealed differences in RSI development in different rural regions which negatively affect Lithuania’s competitiveness and social territorial cohesion. While the articles notes that there have been some positive changes in the use of investment projects over the last couple of years, it also indicates that management of RSI availability and accessibility with respect to locations and sectors is not optimal.

Straipsnyje nagrinėjamas regioninis verslo organizacijų bendradarbiavimas, aptariamos teorinės tokio bendradarbiavimo prielaidos. Analizuojama pažangių planavimo sistemų (APS) specifika, aptariamos šių sistemų rūšys, vystymasis ir funkcionalumas. Analizuojamos APS teikiamos galimybės, leidžiančios pagerinti regioninį verslo organizacijų bendradarbiavimą, pateikiamas APS vaidmenį šiame procese iliustruojantis modelis, kuris atskleidžia APS reikšmę bendradarbiaujant tiek skirtingiems tos pačios organizacijos padaliniams, tiek skirtingoms organizacijoms tinkle.

Austrų ekonomikos mokykla, parodžiusi, kad į vertę nebeturi būti žiūrima kaip į valdomą praeities išteklių kaštų, bet kaip į vertinimų, susijusių su ateities naudingumu, tenkinant vartotojo norus, išraišką, po XIX a. pabaigoje ekonomikos teorijoje įvykusios subjektyvistinės revoliucijos įsivyravusį „ekonominį subjektyvizmą“ susiejo su „alternatyvių kaštų požiūriu“. Straipsnio autorių nuomone, problema ta, kad austrų ekonomikos mokykla, kurdama ribinio naudingumo teoriją, ignoravo gamybos proceso analizę, vis dėlto ji buvo priversta tirti gamybos išlaidas, kurias verslininkas privalo įvertinti. Spręsdami šią problemą austrų maržinalistai sukūrė gamybos gėrybių teoriją, kuria pamėginta psichologizuoti gamybos kaštus ir traktuoti juos kaip tam tikrą naudingumą. Tada natūraliai kyla klausimas, kiek austrų ekonomistų nuostatos kaštų klausimu atitinka šiandieninės ekonomikos teorijos pozicijas? Taigi straipsnio tikslas – išsiaiškinti kaštų sampratos poziciją austrų ekonomikos teorijoje ir gamybos gėrybių bei kaštų analizėje. Siekiant šio tikslo pirmiausia išanalizuota austriškoji alternatyviųjų kaštų samprata. Toliau išnagrinėta gamybos gėrybių teorija austrų ekonomikos mokykloje. Straipsnis baigiamas austriškosios gamybos gėrybių bei kaštų analizės aptarimu. Jis parengtas taikant sisteminės mokslinės literatūros, bendrosios ir loginės analizės, lyginimo ir apibendrinimo bei abstrakcijos metodus.

Straipsnyje aptariama bibliotekų personalo kvalifikacijos tobulinimo problematika. Akcentuojamos pasaulinės tendencijos, kai ypač aktualios yra IRT kompetencijos ir jų tobulinimas, nes padeda bibliotekoms teikti šiuolaikiškas ir aktualias paslaugas, kurios tenkina lankytojų ar jų paslaugų vartotojų poreikius bei lūkesčius. Lietuvoje laikomasi tokio paties požiūrio, tik bibliotekininkų kvalifikacijos ir IRT kompetencijų tobulinimas kol kas fragmentiškas, nenuoseklus, neindividualizuotas ir vykdomas daugiausia projektinių uždavinių bei finansavimo pagrindu. Nėra kriterijų ir metodikų, kurios padėtų nustatyti, kokias IRT kompetencijas bibliotekininkas yra įgijęs ir kokio jos lygio, kaip atsižvelgiant į tai planuoti jo kvalifikacijos tobulinimą. Lietuvoje neatlikta tyrimų, kurie būtų įvertinę, kokios IRT kompetencijos aktualiausios bibliotekininkams pareigų aspektu, atliekant kasdienes darbo funkcijas, kokio jos turi būti lygio, atsižvelgiant į pareigas, koks IRT kompetencijų poveikis visapusiškai tobulinant kvalifikaciją. Siekiant gerinti Klaipėdos regiono bibliotekininkų kvalifikacijos tobulinimo procesą ir spręsti šias problemas, vykdytas kokybinis ir kiekybinis tyrimas. Šiame straipsnyje dėmesys sutelktas ties kokybiniu tyrimu, kuris leido nustatyti, kad bibliotekininkų IRT kompetencijoms vertinti galima adaptuoti ne bibliotekoms skirtą metodiką, ja remiantis pateikti svarbiausių visoms pareigybėms IRT kompetencijų sąrašą, į kurį įtrauktos ir kompetencijos, padedančios visapusiškai tobulinti kvalifikaciją. Kokybinio tyrimo rezultatai sudarė prielaidas vykdyti išsamesnį kiekybinį tyrimą. Pateiktos išvados ir rekomendacijos.

Like in all other numbers of journal, in this also there are a lot of scientific papers with interdisciplinary approach. These papers can help to solve different regional problems. Haidong Feng, Kaspars Viksne, Andrea Lunardi in their paper analyzed effect on financial system and management. Some improvement of public governance by Olof Palme and his historical ideological heritage is analyzed by Arvydas Guogis, Adomas Vincas Rakšnys. Some political aspects are analyzed by Giedrė Vaičekauskienė. She analyzed rhetorical self-reflections of Lithuanian political leaders. The evaluation of online marketing channels is described by Vytautas Juščius, Daiva Labanauskaitė, Edita Baranskaitė. Interesting papers about tourism is written by Noémi Hajdú, Katalin Lipták and Donata Juškelytė. She was analyzed film induced tourism. Organizational management in regions, using organizational culture development are described in Inga Gudonytė, Albinas Marčinskas and Jurgita Paužuolienė, Regina Bručkutė, Violeta Docienė, Antanas Vaitiekus papers. And Agnė Šneiderienė analyzed the regional differences of corporate social responsibility. Sustainable development questions taking in account agricultural producer organizations and practice of spatial planning are analyzed in Jan Žukovskis, Julius Ramanauskas and Joan Noguera, Mar Riera or Józef Mosiej papers. Third issue this year is full of interesting articles discussing various scientific problems. Regional questions were analyzed by V. Atkočiūnienė and E. Štareikė by discussing stakeholders in rural areas, and also by S. F. Svilas whose ideas on regional development problems said during 11th Session of UNESCO General Conference are also in this issue. P. Gajewska and K. Piskrzyńska provided unorthodox point of view on measuring quality of maternity services, while Š. Banevičiaus in his article brings us innovative medical tourism aspects. The Pro-Enviromental policy implementation problem in small and medium-sized buildings is evaluated by E. Dziawgo, while M. Kotseva-Tikova considers the situation around renewable energy in Bulgaria. In this issue there’s quite a few articles evaluating business problems and available solutions, starting with T. Sander and B. Sloka on motivators to recommend social network contacts to employer. M. Kučinskienė, D. Baliūnas question of dispersion of the spillover potential in business organizations; K. Michelberg questions on corporate governance effects on firm performance and lastly R. Viederytė shares her thoughts about organizational and process innovations in international logistics companies and gives food for thought on private organizational matters. Furthermore there are articles that should also be useful to the public sector like A. Žernytė, V. Burkšienė, E. Spiriajevas “Aspects of Small and Medium-Sized Business in Sustainable Development of Klaipėda Region” and I. Pikturnaitė, J. Jonuševičienė, R.
