The authors research areas this time very interdisciplinary, covering the different approach of social science. In some papers are analyzed seaports. J. Paužuolienė paper where she evaluated corporate social responsible organizations; A. Petrulis analyzed leadership attributions. Innovations and entrepreneurship are analyzed by E. Župerkienė, A. Župerka, A. Austienė paper, where they analyzed factors of innovation inculcation in the hotel business; A. Giedraitis, J. Kasnauskė analyzed entrepreneurship’s atmosphere for establishing of start up’s; J. Melnikova, J. We are starting to print books reviews. The first book review for book “Small States in a Global Economy: Crisis, Cooperation and Contributions” written by professor Hilmar Þór Hilmarsson by scientist from India Dr. Sujit Kumar.
