Abstract
In an age of scientific and technical innovation, with the rapid development of digital technologies, the promotion of physical activity among adults becomes relevant, as it is irreplaceably important to strengthen their overall health. The article reveals the attitude of health-care specialists to the importance of promoting physical activity in adults, needs, reasons for choice, conditioning factors, ways and means of promoting physical activity in adults, the possibilities for its increase and development, and the importance of the professionalism of health-care specialists in promoting physical activity in adults. The research confirmed the validity of theoretical approaches and empirical strategy from the point of view of health-care specialists, the importance of the promotion of physical activity for adults’ physical and mental health, a harmonious personality, quality of life, and social and economic well-being. Adults’ physical activity is determined by various mutually influencing factors, emphasising the possibilities of promoting physical activity for strengthening their health, empowering personal potential, focusing on the individuality of the person, applying andragogic access, learning from experience, etc.

Abstract
Having acknowledged the importance of leadership, it seems there is lack of research in the field of developing the leadership skills of healthcare workers. Therefore, this article aims to answer the problem question: what leadership abilities of healthcare workers are important, and what are the opportunities to develop them in healthcare institutions? Theoretical insights and quantitative research have been used to answer this question. The questionnaire survey of healthcare workers conducted confirms that the expression of leadership is inseparable from motivation, being an example, help and cooperation, the ability to mobilise the team to act in one direction and achieve the set goals. The study shows that the development of leadership skills is achieved through personal development, the formation of positive attitudes towards changes, the dissemination of leadership competence, independent activity, and mutual interaction. The study is significant in that it can help understand factors for the improvement of the subject under consideration, and make a targeted intervention in ongoing processes of the development of leadership skills, improving them and achieving better results in the development of the leadership skills of healthcare workers.

Abstract
The professional development of health-care workers is a key prerequisite for professional success, and its effectiveness contributes to the quality of health-care services at any level of health-care institution. Health-care professionals face constant changes, as a challenge to adapt to the competitive environment around them. This makes it important to ensure that health-care workers have effective training to meet their professional development needs. Thus, the aim of this study is to analyse the theoretical assumptions of professional development, and to reveal the attitudes of health-care professionals towards the needs and specifics of professional development. The study has indicated that the professional development for health-care workers is result-oriented, yet of insufficient quality, with organisational, financial and other problems. It has been found that the planning and implementation of professional development for health-care professionals is subject to specific requirements. The combination of these requirements and the way they are evolving imply that the needs and specifics of health-care professionals in the field of professional development need to be addressed beyond doubt.

Abstract
The significance and novelty of the paper is the fact that the study unveils the expression of positive emotionality in the work environment of health-care professionals, with a view to linking the phenomenon to other relevant social phenomena, such as job satisfaction and self-esteem. The article analyses the concept of positive emotionality, its significance, factors leading to the expression of positive emotionality, its relationship with activities performed with satisfaction, self-awareness and self-esteem, motivation, etc. The research shows that the expression of positive emotionality of health-care professionals increases their job satisfaction, as there is a direct correlation between the two. The expression of positive emotionality also has a beneficial impact on health-care professionals’ self-esteem. The research has verified that maturity, career success and self-esteem increase positive emotionality. Although job satisfaction among health-care professionals is moderate, the direct link between their job satisfaction and motivation shows that the more motivated the employees are, the more satisfied they are with their job, with the opportunity to work in their chosen profession, and with the performance of activities that reflect their abilities, skills and competences.

Abstract
The theoretical analysis has shown that there is a lack of scientific literature and empirical research in the analysis of possibilities of andragogical leadership expression in the educational aspect, therefore the article discusses the problematic question: how does the andragogical leadership in educational activity manifest? The article reveals and appreciates the importance of andragogical leadership in the educational process (qualitative research) and the importance of andragogical leadership in the process (quantitave study). The significance of the researh is revealed in the use of it’s results in order to improve the performance of andragogue leader in the educational process and the expression of the characteristics of the andragogue leader. The article emphasizes that andragogical leadership is an important factor in educational activities, in andragogue has a positive influence on learners with their personal qualities, personal knowledge and competences, and encourages them to act to achieve their goals. The importance and influence of andragogical leadership the learners group is undiniable, evident in constant communication. Learners not only gain more knowledge, but also focus on the community, reducing their social exclusion and promoting cooperation. The research has revealed that there are a number of important types, characteristics and traits of andragogue leaders from the point of view of adult learners and andragogues, which are not sufficient for andragogue leaders. Therefore the article provides recommendations for the development and potential implementation of these andragogical leadership characteristics.

Abstract
The first paragraph is dedicated to theoretical insights into the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in in the process of adult education. It analyzes the significance of ICT application in educational process, functional capabilities of the use of educational portals, educational programs, Google service system in educational process and presents the theoretical model of the realization of ICT in adult education. The second part of the paragraph is devoted to empirical research in order to present the approach of adult learners to the use of Google service system as the possibility of functional application of a separate ICT unit in adult education. The article conceptualizes the realization vista of ICT in adult education. The investigation reveals the aspects of services of Google system as ICT, its usage and realization.

Abstract
As a career develops throughout a person’s life, the andragogue consultant involved in this process, providing career guidance for adults, counselling, information and career development services, is particularly relevant. The article analyses, both theoretically and empirically, what characterises the process of providing career guidance services to adults, and how the andragogue consultant’s activities are manifested in providing support, guidance and counselling to those pursuing their lives and careers. Thus, the theoretical discourse of career guidance service andragogue consultant activity is analysed, and empirically substantiated career guidance service features, and links with andragogue consultant activities, are provided. The qualitative research carried out reveals that the characteristics of career guidance services are revealed through the activities of the andragogue as a competent career and life consultant. The summarised theoretical, documentary and empirical analysis suggests that the andragogue consultant’s career guidance, client-centred, needs-based approach is designed to help an adult choose their education and employment, career planning and management competencies, and create and develop a career.

Abstract
An analysis of Lithuanian legislation has shown that documents regulating the development of teachers’ qualifications provides the teacher with an opportunity to improve personal, institutional and national educational needs for development, and defines requirements for educators and qualification development opportunities. However, research conducted in Lithuania shows that this process is frequently characterised as fragmentary, and that it lacks research on the needs of the development and planning of teachers’ qualifications, the connection with the educational process, and its practical application. In the meantime, teachers commonly disregarding the significance of the subsidiarity principle to the effectiveness of the development of teachers’ qualifications desire direct cooperation and the coordination of the need for the development of personal qualifications with the andragogue organiser, while ignoring the people responsible for it in educational institutions. The perception that the andragogue organiser’s activities must be designed taking into account not only the personal expectations of teachers but also the objectives and priorities of educational institutions and of the development of teachers’ qualifications raises a scientific issue: what type of andragogue organiser’s activity is effective for achieving the main goals (quality) in the development of teachers’ qualifications? The qualitative research conducted revealed the andragogue organiser’s role and the effectiveness of the activity and direction of improvement with respect to the performed functions, activity areas and competences, and justified the fundamental principles of the development of teachers’ qualifications. In the practical approach, empirical data presented in this article can be significant in: 1) seeking the effectiveness and improvement of activity of the andragogue organising teachers’ qualification development services in the Klaipėda district; 2) identifying the roles and responsibilities of the participants’ process in ensuring its quality.

Abstract
Siekiant užtikrinti sklandų suaugusiųjų mokymosi procesą ir tinkamai juos motyvuoti, pastarąją išlaikant bei užtikrinant teigiamą jos kaitą, andragogui svarbu išmanyti pozityviosios tėvystės mokymo grupių dalyvius motyvuojančius mokytis veiksnius ir priemones, aktuali mokslinė problema, kokie vidiniai ir išoriniai veiksniai motyvuoja suaugusiuosius mokytis ir kokias veiksmingas priemones andragogas turėtų taikyti, siekdamas motyvuoti besimokančiuosius pozityviosios tėvystės mokymo grupėse ir taip palaikyti teigiamą jų mokymosi motyvaciją per visą mokymosi procesą? Straipsnyje siekiama atskleisti ir pagrįsti suaugusiuosius motyvuojančius mokytis veiksnius ir veiksmingas motyvuojančias mokytis priemones pozityviosios tėvystės mokymo grupėse. Atlikto tyrimo aktualumą ir originalumą atskleidžia autorių siekis parodyti, kad motyvuojančių mokytis veiksnių bei priemonių išmanymas gali būti praktiškai naudingas andragogui motyvuojant tėvus mokytis pozityviosios tėvystės mokymo grupėse. Praktiniu požiūriu gauti tyrimo duomenys gali būti reikšmingi siekiant veiksmingai motyvuoti tėvus, išlaikant ir stiprinant jų mokymosi motyvaciją per visą mokymosi procesą. Remiantis tyrimo rezultatais nustatyta, kad suaugusiųjų mokymosi motyvacija turi būti palaikoma ir stiprinama per visą pozityviosios tėvystės mokymo procesą, o jos teigiama kaita priklauso nuo andragogų taikomų priemonių veiksmingumo bei suaugusiuosius motyvuojančių mokytis veiksnių išmanymo. Straipsnyje pateikiami tyrimo rezultatai atskleidžia suaugusiuosius mokytis pozityviosios tėvystės motyvuojančius vidinius ir išorinius veiksnius bei, respondentų požiūriu, veiksmingas juos mokytis motyvuojančias priemones.
