This issue of the journal presents interesting and colourful articles which inspire as multicoloured autumn leaves. Several presented research studies cover the field of the media. For instance, R. Vaičiulė discusses the role of social media in the process of individuals’ socialization. Meanwhile, A. Alonderienė and L. Juknevičienė analyse the effect of psychological contract factors on employees’ commitment. T. Sander, B. Sloka and J. Paužuolienė have evaluated the influence of social media on searching for employees. Also, the importance of feedback is described by I. Spiriajevienė and E. Spiriajevas. Interesting insights about Lithuanian cinema are presented by D. Kulakauskienė and A. Bylaitė-Žakaitienė. Other authors, V. Vanagienė and R. Pranckūnienė, have examined the influence of social media on the choice of travel arrangements for local tourism organisers. Yet, this theme interrelates with another topic – tourism. Here again one may find some interesting issues, such as Lithuanian tourism clusters discussed by R. Rukuižienė. Then, there are presented three articles on tourism bringing out the educational aspect. These articles investigate heritage problems as presented by R. Čepaitienė, the aspect of ethnic culture in tourism studied by D. Urbanavičienė, and cultural tourism matters highlighted by V. Ščiglienė. The readers interested in environmental protection have not been forgotten either. A. Serry discusses the prospects of natural gas utilization at sea ports, D. Trukšans raises problems related to implementation of environmental systems, whereas S. Bormane, D. Škiltere and A. Batraga examine sustainability issues in trade. Finally, the last group of scientific articles directly addresses the current problems existing in the regions. I. Pawlas debates regional development problems in Poland, I. Pikturnaitė, J. Jonuševičienė and R. Kavolius present the survey results of Klaipėda Region citizens’ attitude towards corruption. Assessment of changes in population employment is discussed in the article by L. Okunevičiūtė-Neverauskienė and A. Pocius, while M. Karpinska-Karwowska analyses entrepreneurship factors in municipalities. Thus, I wish you to delight in autumn reading.
